The Roadhouse is THE Place to be St. Patrick’s Weekend
Plan to join us for the best St. Patrick’s dinner ever!
John Manning, our talented Executive Chef at The Roadhouse, grew up in an Irish Catholic family and there’s no one better to plan and prepare this spectacular St. Patrick’s dinner menu for you than Chef John.
Customers already love our corned beef breakfast scramble and Reuben sandwiches that include our specially prepared corned beef but, over St. Patrick’s weekend, Chef John is really going to amp it up and create a traditional dinner that will make your mouth water — even if you’re not Irish!
We took a few minutes to ask Chef John what he’s got cookin’ for you and why. Here’s what he had to say:
“My grandfather immigrated from Ireland and my Aunt still lives there. Growing up in an Irish Catholic family, St. Patrick’s Day was a way of life and everything was prepared in a traditional Irish Way, all the way down to green milk and green beer. It’s a tradition that I have always enjoyed and want to share with others.”
“People really notice the difference in our corned beef in our breakfast scramble and in our Reuben sandwich. For St. Patrick’s Day, people can come enjoy our corned beef in a traditional Irish dish.”
We make our own corned beef in-house using top-quality, fresh Pacific Northwest corned beef slow cooked for a minimum of 14 hours. You’ll get the chance to enjoy this tender, tasty delight along with boiled potatoes and lightly steamed cabbage in a seasoned broth. Of course, green milk, green beer, and Irish Whiskey and Baileys cocktails will also be available. It just doesn’t get any more Irish than this!
This special dinner will be available from Friday March 17th through Sunday March 19th for just $17.99. We want everyone to come to The Roadhouse and enjoy this fresh taste of traditional Irish cooking!
The Roadhouse is THE place to enjoy a true celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. We suggest you make your reservation right away to secure your table and join us St. Patrick’s weekend.
See you at The Roadhouse!
