KNOWLEDGE: You will be expected to learn during the training process; understand and perform all duties assigned to you by your management team. You will be required to understand and operate all equipment needed for bussing/dishwashing.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:
- Dishwashing – operate dish machine, clean all dishware and silverware, routine maintenance of floors and waste receptacles
- Restrooms – clean toilet, mirror, trash, floors, sinks, re-stock paper goods when needed. (toilet paper, hand towels)
- Bussing – clearing, cleaning, and resetting of tables in dining room
- Checking proper wash and rinse temperatures
- Proper use of company equipment to avoid loss (dish breakage, silverware in garbage, any other improper use that may cause loss.)
- Maintain a working pace determined by the amount of business
- Products and materials – must maintain the correct level of par stocks, handling, and storage of all dishwashing materials
- Side work – (cleaning, restocking, miscellaneous duties)

KNOWLEDGE: You will be expected to learn the following during the training process: Correctly perform all host duties with use of tact, good manners and mature judgment in dealing with guests in all situations. Familiarity and ability to correctly operate all machines and equipment required to perform host duties.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:
- Guest courtesy
- Greet and seat guests
- Wait list
- Telephones
- Operate Point of Sale computer and take cash
- Assist with guest inquires
- Assist with take-out orders
- Clean host area
- Assist with restaurant cleanliness
- Assist with table bussing
- Guest satisfaction
- Side work – (cleaning, restocking, miscellaneous duties)

KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of foodservice kitchen
ROLE RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:
- Maintain cleanliness of back of house (BOH)
- Complete weekly and monthly cleaning
- Make sure rotation procedures are being followed and overstocking is not occurring
- Maintain all thermometers in freezers and coolers (make sure they are present and working)
- Specified preparation of all menu items, cooking skills, which include quality as well as timeliness.
- Food preparation
- Sanitation – (empty garbage, cleaning cooking line, sanitation buckets, etc.)
- Maintain high cooking standards
- Side work – (cleaning, restocking, miscellaneous duties)
- Cost control – (portion control, rotation of food, loss due to improper use of company property-dish breakage, etc.)
- Clean-up duties – line area, grill, fryer, microwave, floors, cooler and freezers

KNOWLEDGE: You will be expected to learn the following during the training process;
- Thoroughly understand and perform all duties assigned to you by your management team
- Use good tact, good manners, and mature judgment in dealing with guests in all situations
- Get familiar with and operate all machines and equipment required performing server duties
- Working knowledge and service of menu items.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
- Serving guests, hot food promptly, greet, seat, and take cash
- Take new orders
- Bus tables, clear, clean and reset tables
- Carpet sweep your section
- Side work – cleaning counters, shelves, and expo line, re-stocking line, re-filling condiments on tables, re-setting your section
- Maintain high performance of service and courtesy
- Satisfy guest complaints promptly, politely, and quietly
- Duties to be performed as assigned by your management team
